Designed a marketing agent fleet on Claude

Challenge

A small team had to cover content, design, events and budget tracking across several product lines, without losing track of what had been decided.

What I did

I designed a fleet with one front door in Slack, a coordinator that routes requests, four specialist agents, and a librarian that keeps a shared brain current from the tools we already use.

Result

The team's capacity doubled, and every draft still goes through a person before it ships.

Why it matters

The goal isn't fewer people. It's giving people time back for the work only they can do.
